Mom's Eggrolls

P.S. Mom said that there will be no turkey this year. We are going to eat all Vietnamese food this Thanks Giving :D I can't wait to eat and make a bunch of egg rolls with her. And share them with family and friends (who've been asking me all year, when the next time my Mom was going to make a batch of egg rolls for me and them =) Well they're coming soon, if I don't eat them all before I see you. LOL!
